Announces the need for the next job - RESTAURANT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Restaurant management, work organization, control of work processes related to efficient restaurant management
· Implementation of all decisions made by the director / owner
· Inventory control, cash register operation, procurement of consumables, shift planning for employees as well as their coordination
· Finding SMEs (medium and small enterprises) and establishing cooperation with them as well as maintaining good relations with existing clients
· Market monitoring, competition analysis and business process improvement
· Creation and implementation of sales plans
· Development of proposals for new packages of services and activities in order to increase sales and expand the existing offer
· Active participation and proposals in the formation of pricing policy
· Other activities ordered by the immediate supervisor
CONDITIONS TO BE MET BY THE CANDIDATE:
· VII degree
· Mandatory many years of work experience in the same or similar positions
· Orientation to achieve results and professionalism in business
· Extremely pronounced communication skills as well as people management skills
· Active knowledge of English
· Good computer skills
· Category B driver's license - active driver
